Change of Mind Purchases
We have a 30-day change of mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs for change of mind purchases.
To be eligible for a change of mind purchase return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a change of mind return, you can contact us at info@retailtree.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return reference number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can also return items where the product is not of an acceptable quality or doesn’t match the description.
Items must be in their original packaging and be complete with any accessories, manuals and cords etc that were shipped with the original item, unless you have discussed the matter with us, and we have advised you otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where items have been damaged in the shipping process, or are defective we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement product, subject to stock availability at our suppliers, otherwise you will be provided with a refund where this is not possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under the change of mind policy, like subscription services, software or gamming download codes, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, unless it is defective). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item, unless defective and this was the reason that the item was on sale. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unacceptable Quality or Items Do Not Match the Description

Shipping costs on the above items will be covered by us, however you must first contact us and we will provide you with details regarding how to return the item to us.
